The fonds also consist of legal records, mainly indentures and insurance policies for the business, sales and operations records and vessel records, which mainly consist of insurance policies, charter parties and protests. Also included in the fonds are records belonging to the Frieze family such as estate papers, and records from David Frieze's time as a justice if the peace for Hants County, along with electoral records and records belonging to the Maitland Presbyterian church, Sons of Temporance and Maitland school which both Frieze and Roy were involved in.

This fonds includes a ledger created by the Provincial Workmen's Association, Pioneer Lodge No.1 to track membership dues payments. This fonds also includes the contract agreement between the Canada Coal and Railroad Company Ltd and its employees, along with various receipts from members.

The fonds consists of a Guardian Publishing Company's indexed accounts ledger. Detailed accounts include advertising, wages (including editors and managers), expenses, job printing, subscriptions, liabilities, assets, and profit and loss sections.

Fonds consists of two farm ledgers (1894-1936 and 1899-1906), one farm inventory (1899), one notebook containing estate inventories and administrative accounts (1837-1875), and one notebook containing a weather diary (1949). Fonds also contains minutes from two Master of Rights Lodge meetings held in 1931.
