The fonds consists of historical summaries, house chronicles, local house council books, visitations, and accounts; ledgers for receipts and expenses, registers, records of liabilities and assets, comptes-rendus, guest books, accounts with employees of the A.J. Mine, 1898, A.J. Mine agreement, Hospital Day Guest Book (1924-1940), reference, and subject files.

The collection is mainly composed of b&w photographs of the area, building, staff, and other personnel. Images record the physical growth of the hospital (exterior and interior), various departments, staff members and activities, such as Hospital Day gatherings and Auxiliary fund-raising teas.

The fonds consists of records of St. Ann's School, Douglas, which appear in the records of St. Ann's Hospital, Juneau, Alaska, the primary house of the Congregation in that area. Teachers at St. Ann's School are also mentioned in local records kept by St. Ann's Hospital, Douglas, as the Sisters shared the same convent quarters.

The few extant photos of St. Anns School (Douglas, Alaska) include an exterior image of the new school and the student body. There is one transparency of the students outside the school

Also includes Pupils Registers (1886-1960 incomplete), Boarders Accounts (1901-1911).

The fonds consists of (Akulurak) script chronicles (1894-1898), historical reviews in French and English; (St. Mary's, Andreafski) correspondence, yearbooks, Yup'ik translations, script journals of village ministries, guest book, reference and subject files.

There are 2 b&w photographs: one of the mission, one of a young Akulurak family. Various photographs of the tundra are analogous of the area.

The collection consists of b&w photographs, coloured photographs, and about 14 pages of coloured transparencies, which depict local scenery, students, graduations, proms, travel, and various other activities. Some of the 1964 collection is attributed to Kenneth Stone, who photographed missions along the Yukon River that summer. The Agnes Marie, S.S.A. (Hanks) collection (St. Marys) consists mostly of transparencies.
