The fonds consists of the operational records of the Alberta Community Art Clubs Association and includes bylaws, minutes, financial records, correspondence, show catalogues, survey responses, membership and mailing lists and newsletters.

Jean Chubb, executive assistant of the Alberta Community Art Clubs Association, deposited the records in the Provincial Archives of Alberta in 1987, 1990, and 1992; Cathryn Brecka, historian for A.C.A.C.A., deposited records in 1996.
Arrangement
Records received as accessions PR1990.0416 and PR1992.0273 were amalgamated into PR1987.0159.
