Rick Hermann, son of Alex Hermann, donated these records to the Regina office, Saskatchewan Archives, in one accession in 1997: R97-275 (May 30, 1997).

Scope and content

This fonds consists of records created, accumulated and used from 1942 to 1993 by Alex Hermann of Regina, Saskatchewan. The records relate mainly to Hermann's architectural career and involvement with various architectural and community organizations. A small volume of personal records is included.

The types of records included are correspondence, memoranda, minutes, financial statements, newsletters, newspaper clippings, invitations, postcards, reports, architectural drawings, presentation drawings, slides and photographs.

No series assignment has been applied to the records in this fonds.
