General note
Title based on content of fonds. When fonds was in the custody of Heritage Renfrew, it was referenced in their holdings as Collection # MS 8. When the fonds was donated to the Archives of Ontario, this identifier could not be used, as it had previously been assigned to another group of microfilm. In order to avoid confusion between the two fonds, while still keeping as much of the original identifier as possible for the benefit of Heritage Renfrew (who were able to obtain a microfilm copy of the fonds for their own uses), the identifier was changed from MS 8 to HR 8.
