Collections policy is stated in Canon XIX (Diocesan Archives) Section 4 of the Canons and Constitution of the Diocese of Cariboo. This includes all textual and visual records relating to the Diocese, including register of baptisms, marriages and burials, original copies of constitution, Canons, By-laws, and Regulations, administrative records of the Synod office and parishes, records of clergy, officials, committees, organizations, grants, and trust properties, building plans, historical data, photographs, maps, and video recordings. Holdings also include a small library of biographies, histories, newspaper clippings and other related material.
