Membership was open to "any male person over 18 years of age and of good moral character". Function: The Whitehorse Camp, like other subordinate Camps, was established to "encourage and promote social and intellectual intercourse and benevolence among, and to particularly advance the interests of its members and that of the Northwest section of North America".
