Scope and content
Fonds consists of family charts; reports; membership lists; minutes (1914-1985); plans and drawings of the club house and grounds; financial records related to the upkeep of the house, grounds and farm; log of farm operations; correspondence to and from employees; guest books; legal correspondence; and four film reels taken by Evan's Clark of the family travelling from Boston to the club. Guest books were loaned in 2002 for photocopying as the 1970- book is still in use.

Further accruals are expected. Over time the Argyle Township Court House and Archives will be copying select images from photograph albums owbned by the Club. Albums will remain with the Club.
