Fonds consists of record books (1949, 1952-1956), Treasurer's book (1970, 1974, 1975, 1976, 1982, 1987, 1988), two songbooks, 4-H Beef Calf Club Handbook, Manitoba 4-H in review (1970, 1971), 50th anniversary 4-H clubs in Canada, scrapbooks including photographs (1963-1970) showing activities and individuals, Secretary book for Variety club (1987-1988), Information book, Certificate of Appreciation for Pat McKee (1983), "Things My Mother Told Me" by E. Moon, raffle licence from RM of North Cypress (1987), Certificate from The Lions Clubs of Manitoba and NW Ontario, photograph of Myrna McKee, Wellwood Club Song, and banners. The 1963 scrapbook was created by Connie Chudley, Brookdale Clothing Club historian.
