Fonds consists of a photograph album with views of Malaspina Hotel (originally called the Nanaimo Community Hotel) from its construction in 1927 to interior shots from the 1960s and a copy of the original construction specifications. The fonds is arranged in two series: 1) Photographs and 2) Specifications.

The fonds consists of subject files relating to heritage structures in the Chilliwack area, along with correspondence and miscellaneous files of Dorothy McCutcheon, Douglas J. Nicol, Linda Phelps, Andrew Purdy, and Malcolm Wright. Fonds includes photographs of heritage sites along with the minutes of the Atchelitz Threshermen's Association.

This fonds contains the administrative records of the Red Bank Presbyterian Church, the Salmon Creek Presbyterian Church, the Chipman Presbyterian Church, and the Chipman United Church as well as records relating to church societies, organizations, and committees.

It consists of minutes of Sessions, minutes of congregational and Board of Trustee meetings, and church registers (communion rolls, baptisms, marriages, burials).
