The fonds consists of reference files created by D. Bodnar in the course of her work on the Canadian Inventory of Heritage Buildings Project. Files contain information about architects in British Columbia, much of which was derived from the "Dead Files" of the Architectural Institute of British Columbia.

The fonds consists of records arising from various activities of the Committee, especially the Delta Heritage Inventory Project, a heritage structures inventory. Also included are records arising from the Committee's hosting of the B.C. Heritage Conference (Dogwood Conference) in 1983, and reference materials compiled to support Committee objectives. Records include minutes, correspondence, reports, pamphlets and brochures, notes, articles, publications, heritage inventory case files, and other materials.

The fonds consists of the following: membership lists, newsletters, incorporation documents such as the constitution, AGM and board meeting minutes, applications for charitable registration status, annual reports, correspondence, presentations to Delta's city council about heritage homes and issues, financial records, receipt book, records relating to Patterson House and the Grauer farmhouse (purchased from the Bierens), notes and ephemera. Includes sample constitutions from other organizations such as the Delta Community Arts Council and the Heritage Preservation Society of New Westminster, as well as Heritage Trust brochures, newsclippings, minutes from the Heritage Canada Foundation, information materials such as a guide to restoring brick masonry, etc. Photographs consist of heritage buildings and homes in Delta such as Chung Chuck's home and office, the Delta Museum and Archives, etc.

Deseronto Archives photographic collection

The photographs are arranged by subject matter and cover activities in and around the town of Deseronto, Ontario. The majority date from the late nineteenth century and many depict the lumber-related industries of the Rathbun Company in Deseronto. There are also photographs of school groups, churches, railways, First World War airfields and portraits of Deseronto citizens.

Photographs of Deseronto, Ontario dating from the 1970s to 2011, depicting a variety of Town events. They include a set of aerial photographs of the town from the 1980s; the interior of the former Home Hardware store in the Baker Block on Main Street; the O’Connor House on Main Street before its demolition; the 1989 100th Anniversary celebrations, photographs of Centennial Park and Rathbun Memorial Park; the opening of the Deseronto Public Library in its 358 Main Street location in 2001; the Ontario Provincial Police handover ceremony in 2001; an Easter Parade from the early 2000s; a Santa Parade; the 2002 New Year’s Levee; and the 2010 Olympic Flame run in Deseronto.

Most of the photographs appear to have been taken by Town staff. One envelope was donated to the Town by Irene Usher and contains photographs taken by her late husband, Tom.
