Item is a commemorative coin created by the Port Hope Chamber of Commerce, 2000. It includes an image of Molson Mill, and the following text: "Port Hope and District - Where Town and Country Meet - "The Molson Mill" OCA Summer School, 1924-1929" (front) "Prosperity 2000 - Commemorating the New Millenium - Port Hope and District Chamber of Commerce - Est. 1874 - Ontario, Canada" (reverse).

The photographs are arranged by subject matter and cover activities in and around the town of Deseronto, Ontario. The majority date from the late nineteenth century and many depict the lumber-related industries of the Rathbun Company in Deseronto. There are also photographs of school groups, churches, railways, First World War airfields and portraits of Deseronto citizens.

The collection consists of 39 colour photographs (1986-1988). It includes one photograph of the campus on 3rd Avenue West and 38 showing the different stages of construction on 1st Avenue West and surrounding buildings including Safeway, Mackenzie Furniture, the Crest Hotel, and Chatham House before it was demolished.

Consists of a black & white copy of an artwork depicting a street of Port Essington. Two identifiable buildings along the street are the Hotel Essington and a church.

Fonds consists of correspondence relating to parish building projects and the redistribution of parish assets (1982-84); canonical decree establishing the parish and defining its boundaries (1982); and newspaper clippings relating to parish history (1983-84). Fonds includes some photocopies.

Item is a guestbook containing the signatures of patrons to the Marshlands Inn between 1981 and 1987.

This fonds contains the administrative records of the Red Bank Presbyterian Church, the Salmon Creek Presbyterian Church, the Chipman Presbyterian Church, and the Chipman United Church as well as records relating to church societies, organizations, and committees.

It consists of minutes of Sessions, minutes of congregational and Board of Trustee meetings, and church registers (communion rolls, baptisms, marriages, burials). Also included are minutes of the Women's Missionary Society, the United Church Women, and of the Red Bank Cemetery Committee as well as a pew rental book for the Salmon Creek church.

The fonds consists of records collected and created by the Bowen Island Park and Store Use Society during its eight-year existence. The records include minutes of annual general meetings, correspondence, proposals, and reference materials. Additionally, there are a number of records, photographs, and ephemera from Heritage Day '84.

Fonds consists of 161 colour slides documenting various synagogues in Toronto and the outlying region.
