These records were the responsibility of the CDHG until 1995, and were stored in the three hospitals run by the CDHG. They were transferred to the Bow Valley Centre between 1995 and 1997, and to the CRHA Archives in the Colonel Belcher Hospital in April 1997.

These records include medical records 1910-1995, Board records 1964-1994, President's files 1974-1995, financial and other administrative records 1891-1989, administrative committee records 1964-1994, manuals 1979-1995, accreditation records 1982-1992, reports and publications 1966-1995, records of associated organizations 1970-1995 and various photographs and artifacts.
