Fonds consists of the following record series: Comox-Nanaimo Presbytery and Executive meeting minutes (official minutes, 1959-1991 and unofficial minutes, 2000-2002); Correspondence of the Presbytery Secretary (1965-1994); Pastoral Relations files of the Presbytery Secretary (1967-1976); and Subject files of the Presbytery Secretary.

The fonds consists predominantly of slides of various petroglyphs and pictographs, primarily from locations on the Northwest Coast of British Columbia. The fonds also contains location charts of petroglyphs and the creator’s typed notes about various sites.

The fonds consists of minutes of meetings, society newsletters, restoration proposals and reports, funding sources and incoming and out-going correspondence. The records reflect the activities of the Haig-Brown Kingfisher Creek Society over a period of twenty-one years (1980-2001) with a specific focus on the restoration of the Kingfisher Creek, a tributary of the Campbell River. Restoration activities featured in these records are centered around the restoration and rehabilitation of the two main branches of the creek, the adjoining wetland (the Pease Swamp), and the diversion of the creek so that it enters the Campbell River through the property of Roderick Haig-Brown.

This fonds includes two scrapbooks featuring the Campbell River Roller Skating Club activities. The scrapbooks were created in 1991 for a club reunion that was held in Campbell River. The scrapbooks include original photographs and newspaper clippings documenting club activities.

The fonds consists of house chronicles; local council minutes; minutes of the Board of Management and of the Women's Auxiliary; guest books; financial records (including payroll records, financial reports and ledgers, statistical reports, and patient accounts); correspondence; and, patient registers.

The collection consists of area views, exterior and interior views of the building, some photographs of the grounds and grotto, of the Sisters, staff personnel and others.

Fonds include incoming and outgoing correspondence, club scrapbooks, member rosters and attendance records, meeting minutes and copies of the club newsletter Rotary Weekly Bulletin. The records provide a detailed overview of the Club activities during the period 1946 – 2001 and their involvement with a wide range of community events and the development of community infrastructure such as the construction of an outdoor swimming pool, the seawalk and services such as the Cari Infant and Toddler Centre. Club members include a wide range of individuals from the business sector including members from various pioneering families.

These records consist of minute books, financial ledgers and incoming correspondence relating to the activities of the Willow Point Community Club.
