Fonds consists of one scrapbook that runs from 1914-1948. The scrapbook contains minutes from director and shareholder meetings, as well as notices of upcoming meetings. There are also secretary and treasurer reports included in the scrapbook. Finally, there are a few newspaper clippings dealing with the club included in the scrapbook.

This fonds reflects the activities of the Cosmo Drama Club. It is comprised of three series: general business records, scrapbooks, and skits and workshops. It includes financial records, such as receipts and account balances, meeting minutes, memorabilia, skit scripts and an audiocassette of a workshop.

This fonds reflects the activity of Heritage Moose Jaw. It includes one scrapbook of heritage buildings in Moose Jaw and material about the Moose Jaw Cemetery. The organization received a grant to help restore some of the tombstones in the cemetery and they collected information about the individuals buried there.

It also consists of published works collected by the organization as well as scrapbooks created by the organization.

This fonds contains two series: Officers’ Manuals and Minutes and Financial Reports. It is comprised of manuals created by the organization for the use of its officers, which include the constitution, financial records, meeting minutes and information about other members of the Association of Minus One Clubs of Saskatchewan. The fonds also contains regular, executive, and annual meeting minutes and reports.

Fonds consists of Auxiliary Minute Books for the years 1929 to 1940. Entries record the names of the Executive, including addresses and phone numbers; Auxiliary members present at meetings; and activities (fund raising, donations, events). Fonds also includes a (photocopy) of a cook book published by the Women's Auxiliary.
