The fonds consists of Dorothy's letters to her Aunt Susie Peters (1939-1987); letters to her parents and siblings (1943-1984); her education and teaching certificates (1945-1980); autobiographical notes written by her father, David G. Klassen (ca. 1974); a family history of the Ratzlaffs called "A Family Sojourn" (2003); family photographs taken in both Russia and Canada; articles by and about Susan B. Peters, including a 1920 letter written by Susan about the Russian Revolution; and Ray's certificate of appointment as Minister of Industry and Tourism.
