Le dossier porte sur un certificat d'enregistrement émis par le Department of Marine and Fisheries of Canada, vers 1930, pour le Dramis. Ce navire à vapeur a été construit en 1930, par Les Chantiers Manseau Ltée de Sorel, et lui appartenait à ce moment. Le dossier témoigne du formulaire à remplir lors de l'enregistrement du navire au Registrar-General of Shipping and Seamen. De plus, il est question d'un certificat de transfert de prêt émis lors de l'achat du navire par Marine Industries Limited (MIL), en 1937. Le dossier contient des certificats.
