Ernie Johnson operated a hardware and sporting goods store (39 Victoria Crescent) in Nanaimo for many years.
Custodial history
The transcriptions were donated to the Nanaimo District Museum in 1987 and transferred to the Nanaimo Community Archives in 1993.
Scope and content
Fonds consists of a manuscript and typed transciption by Ernie Johnson of William Reed Johnson's diary. William Reed, Ernie's father, went to the Yukon in 1896.
