Frederick Addison McGrand, son of Daniel and Rose (Feeney) McGrand, was born on 7 May 1895 at Keswick Ridge, York County, New Brunswick. Little is known of his life, except that for several years he had a medical practice at Fredericton Junction, Sunbury County, New Brunswick.
