The fonds consists of photographs depicting the Cawston family, scenes of Hedley, and residents of Hedley and area (Similkameen Valley). Fonds includes a collection of photographs of Bill Miner accumulated by Vera Cawston.

Collection includes various plans of the Nickel Plate Mine (Kelowna Exploration Company) and architectural plans of mine houses (1936).
