The archives collects and preserves records which illustrate the founding, development and activities of Glenlyon School, Norfolk House School, Glenlyon-Norfolk School, and of the Societies which govern(ed) the schools. Holdings include: textual records relating to student administration, academic courses and public examination results, Board of Governors and related subcommittees, Society meetings, finance, buildings and grounds, statistics required by governments, Head's office, and minutes of alumni/ae associations. Holdings also include: collections of photographs, school publications, newscuttings, tapes and ephemera, other records relating to Glenlyon School including Ian Simpson correspondence, papers of T.M. Gardiner (Board Chair) 1984-86 and others relating to the 1986 amalgamation, Roll of Alumni serving in WW II, other records relating to Norfolk House School including House Diaries of the 1930s and textual records of the NHS Limited Company, and other records relating to Glenlyon-Norfolk School including documents from the Development and Admissions Office.
