This sub-series consists of minutes of meetings, roll call of members’ attendance, and the constitution and by-laws of the Grace Hospital Women's Auxiliary.

The fonds consists of records from the Women's Coordinating Council (Prince Rupert, BC). It includes minutes, financial records, notes on the history of the council, a donation list, programme notes for entertainment, a programme from the Prince Rupert Burns Club "Bring the Missus Night," and notes on the formation of the Senior Citizens Branch No. 62, formed in 1966.

The fonds consists of seven yearbooks (1965-1969, 1972-1973) and a history book related to the Woodstock General Hospital School of Nursing.

Sub-series consists of the School’s yearbook, entitled “The Pulse”, which was inaugurated with the 1949 edition. The first editor was Mary B. Morton, with co-editor Josephine J. Evans. The Advisory Committee consisted of Miss B. McPhedran, the Assistant Principal of the School for Nurses, and Miss G. Jones, one of the School’s instructors.
