Fonds consists of minutes of the Home and School Executive which record decisions regarding the running of the school facilities and services.

This fonds consists of records pertaining to the administration of Charlottetown schools by the Board of School Trustees during the period 1922 to 1972. It includes reports, financial records, minutes, correspondence and subject files, architectural plans and drawings, tax assessment rolls, and employee records. The fonds is divided into the following ten series: annual reports of the Board; minutes of the Board, financial statements, superintendents reports, administrative files, Charlottetown schools, rural school districts, Home and School Association files, enrollment lists and personnel files.

The fonds consists of one minute book of the Georgetown Home and School Association dated 28 January 1948 to 3 November 1955. The minutes outline the meetings of the Association, which usually included reports from various committees, discussions about education issues, presentations by guest speakers, and educational films. Some records of attendance, membership dues, and financial records can be found at the back of the minute book. The fonds also contains two newspaper clippings about Association meetings and a 1953-1954 membership card belonging to Mrs. Walter Soloman, a member of the Georgetown Home and School Association.

Fonds consists of six minute books for the Association meetings, and a notebook containing the history of the Home and School Association up to 1960, along with a list of members from 1949 to 1960, and members of the teaching staff.

The books include minutes of the annual meetings as well as the executive's monthly meetings. Minutes of the executive include attendance records, information about recent activities, plans for future projects, and some financial records. The second minute book also includes two newspaper clippings.

The fonds consists of the minutes of the School Improvement League for the period 13 November 1943 to 29 May 1952. The minutes outline the League's regular meetings, which included reports from various committees, discussions about recent activities and upcoming projects, presentations by guest speakers, and educational films. A few letters and newspaper clippings are also included in the League mintues.

The fonds consists of the minutes of executive and general meetings of the Stanhope-Grand Tracadie Home and School Association. Minutes include reports of the activities and financial standing of the organization.

Fonds consists of minutes and reports of the West River Home and School Association. Also contained within the Home and School Association minutes are minutes of the Parent-Teacher Association.
