These records were held by Donna Mitter until they were transferred to the Guelph Public Library Archives.
Scope and content
Fonds includes two books of general and executive committee minutes from the period 1947-1949, financial information 1949 - [198-], and descriptions of Christmas parties organized by the club 1963-1964. The books also list club officers and committee members for various years. These records document the business of the club.
The books are arranged chronologically by year. One book lists dues, expenses and monies received in reverse chronological order from 1950 to 1948.
