Certificates include a Certificate of Competency (1927) and a receipt for a certificate from the Granby Mine (1928).

The fonds consists of a volume containing a hand-illustrated listing of funnel markings of B.C. Coastal shipping companies, photographs of the whaling industry in B.C., and slides of a variety of yachts and vessels. Fonds includes charts of Sandwich Island and San Francisco Bay.

Collection consists of photocopies of newspaper clippings about Mayo Lumber Company, two letters and three information circulars titled "Enterprise and Action", "The Mayo Group--Its History and Potential" and "A Few Facts about Mayo Lumber Company Ltd."

Fonds consists of records which document the operations of the Vancouver Coal Mining and Land Company in the Nanaimo area. Photocopied materials predominate but the fonds also includes some original records. The fonds is arranged in three series 1) Administrative records; 2) Journals and 3) Financial records.

The fonds consists of certificates and letters of reference following W. Hichens-Smith's career and photographs of Hichens-Smith and of salvage vessels and crews.

Collection consists of a a receipt from E.J. Wilson to Western Fuel Corporation for labour and materials used in the installation of water connection at the Wilson home at 395 Ninth Street, a booklet detailing the agreement between the Corporation and its employees (1927) and a booklet detailing the agreement between corporation employees and Dr. George A.B. Hall (1921). A manuscript annotation on the verso of the booklet reads "Exhibit No. 1 Hall vs. Lane, June 28/22, A. Forrester, Re[g]."
