Fonds consists of records that document the functions and activities of the Society including minutes, correspondence, financial statements, and clippings about the Society that appeared in the Nanaimo media. Fonds is arranged in six series: 1) Constitution and by-laws; 2) Minutes; 3)Correspondence; 4) Attendance records; 5) Financial records; and 6) Miscellaneous.
