Administration and Finance Committee sous-fonds

Sous-fonds consists of minutes and reports. Includes minutes of meetings dealing with various financial matters: the financing of parishes' construction, building of parsonage houses, release of mortgages, sales of church properties, rezoning requests, parish loans, grants allotted for different events and activities, approvals for building projects. Includes also reports of funding for special programmes (Continuing Theological Education Programme, Christian Education Programme); reports on allotted grants (Chinese Work grant, Missions to Seamen grant, Native Funds grant).

Christian Education Coordinator sous-fonds

Sous-fonds consists of textual records generated by the Christian Education; Coordinator and the various committees the coordinator served upon from 1984; to 1991. Include reports of the coordinator; minutes of Christian Education Committee and the Diocesan Programme Committee; brochures, posters for workshops, conferences programs; course outlines for the Christian Discipleship Program; general correspondence; mailing lists. The sous-fonds includes also graphic material.

Sous-fonds consists of minutes, reports, correspondence, printed material. Consists of records of Clerical Secretary, Ronald Barnes, including minutes of meetings of Diocesan Council, committees and Synods, arranged chronologically.

Communications Officer sous-fonds

Sous-fonds consists of advertising textual material and graphic material. Includes primarily parish newsletters sent in to Synod Office by parishes; pamphlets; printed brochures; ads for diocesan campaigns (Show your Spirit, Harvest of Hope); obituary notices (A. John Scow, first aboriginal lawyer in B.C. and founder of the First Nations Studies Program at University of British Columbia). Includes also photographs, mainly taken between 1975 and 1982 for Topic by Ronald E. Harrison, associate editor.
