The fonds consists of memorandum of association, minutes, correspondence, financial ledgers, reports, tax and property records, land grants and deeds, logging contracts, annual reports, records of sales, water records, banking records, and other legal agreements. The fonds includes correspondence with the Columbia Valley Settlers Association and the Columbia Valley Irrigation and Power Company. The fonds also includes photographs of land development in the Windermere Valley in the 1910s and plans of properties owned and developed by the company.
