Fonds consists of Stadelbauer's training certificates and course notes, personal and professional correspondence, travel scrapbooks, personal and students' sketches, departmental administrative records, minutes of numerous university committees, fine arts program development records, personal and departmental financial records, art facility building drawings, course outlines, teaching notes, students' essays and other coursework, exams, records from professional organisations such as the Allied Arts Council and the Alberta Society of Artists, photographs of people and completed artworks, and sound recordings including music and radio interviews. The fonds also contains a small number (3 grey boxes) of records belonging to Helen's sister, Isabel Stadelbauer. These records include personal and professional correspondence, as well as records of the Alberta Society of Artists, for whom Isabel acted as Secretary-Treasurer for several years.
