File 8.8.3 includes a report titled “Linking the Senior Management Team to the Hospital Mission: Inter-Related Roles and Responsibilities, April 1, 1993” which contains an organizational chart dated April 1, 1993. File 8.8.4 consists of reports from the Priority Programs Directorate, the Surgical Directorate, and the Professional/Diagnostics Services Directorate. The official minutes for these years have not been transferred to the Archives.
