Consists of (1) one Port Hope Cub Camp badge from 1959. The camp was held at Beaver Meadows.

Consists of one Boy Scout record card which belonged to the donor. He lived in Port Hope and his patrol was horse.

Series consists of two (2) scrapbooks of newspaper clippings documenting the history of scouting in Port Hope District; one (1) minute book of the Ladies' Auxiliary of the 8th Port Hope Scout Association out of Welcome United Church; and a collection of forty-seven (47) black and white photographs.

Consists of (1) one wooden tie clasp which was made by donor during his time at Scouts Camp in Hope Township.

Consists of (1) one totem pole which was made by David Doherty during his time at Scouts Camp in Hope Township.

Fonds consists of thirteen (13) Port Hope Scout Badges, c1975-1990. It includes: Kiwanis International; Port Hope District (x3); Pine Ridge Cobourg District; Cobourg District Spring Camporee, 1973; Queen's Silver Jubilee Scouts Canada, 1977; Wolf Cubs Diamond Jubilee, Hope Mill, 1976; 1st Perrytown Scouting 10th Anniversary, 1987; Port Hope District Cub Camp, 1975; and Scout Calendar Sales Collection ("I am a salesman for Scout Calendar" Ribbon, Scout Calendar Star Salesman Patch, Calendar Sales Tips Card).

Donation consists of one (1) uniform shirt, and one (1) uniform sash originally belonging to a member of the 1st Port Hope Cub Scout Unit, c. 2005. Both the sash and shirt contain patches and badges both from the personal interest and program sections of the book.
