The fonds consists of minutes of general meetings (1922-1943), minutes of Directors' and Board meetings (1940-1968), and minutes of annual and other meetings (1943-1973) of the Otter District Farmers' Institute, as well as a poster commemorating the institute's 50th Anniversary (1972), which lists the names of founding members, and former secretaries and presidents.
