This collection consists of copies of <i>The Rebel</i>, published by J.J. Zubric of Calgary and critical of the Social Credit government in Alberta, one copy of a catalogue for the Scottish Historical Exhibition at Glasgow, and several copies of the serial illustrated histories of the war <i>With the Flag to Pretoria</i> and <i>Celebrities of the Army</i>.

The collection consists of a bond from Benjamin Walter Smith to George Perry, July 12, 1851, a certificate of recommendation for homestead patent for William Stewart, August 8, 1903 with covering letter. Donated with the collection were postcards and poetry by several authors.

There are a number of leaflets, newspaper articles including:;Muslims in Canada - A century of achievement, Malmo Elementary School Arabic-English Bilingual program, A Salute to the Arab Pioneers of Northern Alberta and The bulletin - published by Canadian Arab Friendship Association of Edmonton.
