The fonds consists of minutes, correspondence, financial reports, publicity material, slides and other material created and accumulated by the Women's Auxiliary of Waterloo Lutheran Seminary.

The fonds consists of material related to the convocation tradition at Wilfrid Laurier University and its predecessors Waterloo College and Waterloo Lutheran University. It includes programs, videotapes of the ceremony, guestbooks, invitations and photographs.
