This fonds consists of records of the 51st Battalion Association, including minutes, membership records, financial records and correspondence. It also includes a copy of the original nominal roll of officers, non-commisioned officers and ment of the 51st Battalion, C.E.F.; the Association gavel and the leater briefcase that held the records.

This fonds consists of material collected and created by Reg Appleyard, Doug Matheson, Rev. Harry Meadows, Matheson and Company, and the staff of Meadowcroft Seniors’ Residence through their function of running the Meadowcroft corporations and providing quality affordable housing in Edmonton between 1969 and 2010. It contains legal documents, correspondence, reports, committee minutes, pamphlets, photos, plans and audiovisual material.

An attempt has been made to preserve the original order of the material. The files themselves have been arranged into 5 sous-fonds and various series. The sous-fonds are as follows:

The fonds consists of materials created by the Village of West Edmonton between 1910 and 1922. The fonds consists of these series: 1. Minutes (1910-1917) The fonds consists of council minutes for the village. 2. Financial Records (1910-1922) The series consists collector's roll, debentures, debentures register, and assessment and tax rolls for the village in a variety of periods between 1910 and 1922. 3. Correspondence (1913) The series consists of a small amount of official correspondence for the village.

The fonds consists of a series of Alberta restaurant licenses issued to Stella or Armand Chalifoux for a Class "A" restaurant.

The fonds consists of a paper written by Ms. Markham and a presentation relating to the development of parks and playgrounds in Western Canada. Professor Markham's thesis is catalogued separately.

The fonds consists of a Norwood School pin.

The fonds consists of materials created or collected by Peter Hawker. This fonds consists of a manuscript biography of Richard Secord; a copy of a proclamation "uniting the Provinces of Canada, Nova Scotia and New Brunswick; a copy of the 1918 <em>Globe and Mail</em> Winnipeg General Strike edition; and other souvenir newspaper editions. There are also maps showing: electric generating systems and stations, dated 1961-1962 and oil and gas fields in Western Canada, dated 1975. There are two books: <em>John Rowand</em> and <em>Fort Edmonton: Fur Trade Entrepot </em>[warehouse] and special edition anniversary postal envelopes transported by dogsled and York boat.

This fonds consists of private letters, business correspondence, documents relating to the L.D. Parney Estate, and a scrapbook containing news clippings relating to world wars I and II, the royal family, Parney family, Jenny Morris, the "mother" of Princess Patricia's Canadian Light Infantry and the deaths of prominent persons, including Wilfred Grenfell, Thomas Alva Edison and Wilfrid Laurier.

The fonds consists of materials created by the Edmonton Architectural firm MacDonald and Magoon Architects between 1907 and 1958. The fonds consists of approximately 6000 linen and vellum blueprints and paper drawings relating to 475 design projects undertaken by the firm of Magoon and MacDonald, and then by George Heath MacDonald. The fonds also contains related correspondence and building specifications for some projects.

The fonds consists of clippings and photographs concerning the Johnstone Walker Store 1959-1971.
