The collection consists of two slides of Christmas light display at the Brewery in Calgary, Alberta and two slides of the Christmas bus, City of Calgary, Alberta.

The collection consists of one book titled "The Story of Calgary and Tuxedo Park", compiled under the personal supervision of Joseph Ruse, President of the Canadian Estates Company Limited, Toronto, and C. A. Owens, Manager of The Land and General Investment Company Limited. The book contains images of Calgary and buildings in Tuxedo Park Community.

The fonds consists of approximately 40,000 photo images (prints, transparencies and negatives) created or commissioned by the Communications Group, one of the six Groups which made up OCO. Most of them are from the Information Services Division. Some, mostly duplicates of those from Information Services, are from Products and Advertising and from Community Relations. All of this material is in English. Most of the images are in colour, the transparencies are 35mm and enclosed in slide cases, and photo prints are 8 x 10" or smaller. Some of what are referred to as negatives are in fact internegatives made from transparencies. This material is in very good physical condition. These photo images were commissioned and created for the purposes of publicizing the 1988 Olympic Winter Games before they occurred, of educating people about the Games, and of documenting preparation for the Games and the Games themselves. OCO'88 used them as research material and as a record of its activities. The collection consists of a hexagonal shaped metal (bronze?) license, number 888 for a "Double Dray", 1912. A dray was a low, heavy cart.

The collection consists of one book titled "Bob Edward's Summer Annual, 1920". The book is signed by Bob Edwards, editor of the "Calgary Eye Opener".

The collection consists of a postcard print depicting a Calgary Stampede Chuckwagon race.

The collection consists of five photo post cards showing the following: Mayor Osborne planting a tree on Arbour Day; Mayor Osborne greeting Prince George and the Prince of Wales; the Prince of Wales giving a speech with dignitaries in the background; Premier Baldwin speaking and Prince George and the Prince of Wales visible in the background; girls receiving flowers at the same ceremony as the speeches.

The collection consists of five, 3 1/4"X5 1/2", black and white photographs of an outing to the Glenmore Dam, Alberta in 1932.
