This fonds consists mainly of correspondence among members of the various branches of Pollok and Gilmour, especially to and from Alexander Rankin of Rankin and Gilmour.

It also includes personal financial records of Alexander and Robert Rankin and North American travel diaries of Allen Gilmour, Jr. and Sr. and William Ritchie, dating from 1828 to 1829, and a report on the proceedings at the Prince of Wales' Challenge Cup competition (1862).

There are also articles about Alex Stratton, Athabaska Investment Co., 1911; NWMP report mentioning Constable Hubert Thorne; excerpts from "Journal Notre Dame Des Victoires, Lac La Biche".

Collection consists of copied photographs dating circa (ca.) 1900-1955 that were collected for use in her book, <em>Oh! The Coal Branch</em>. The photographs were borrowed by Toni Ross from various photographers, including Charles Lee, and they depict various people, views, buildings, machinery and accidents in mining towns such as Edson, Luscar, Cadomin and Mountain Park, Alberta. The collection also includes captions for the photographs and a book of ration coupons, likely from the 1940s.

The collection consists of historical articles about coal mines, the Rosebud Hutterite Colony, and Grasswold School District; Red-Rose Mutual Telephone Company certificate (1934); and photographs of Rosebud personalities and CX School (1914-1950s).

The collection consists of her research materials for the video, including recorded interviews with Cecil and Mary Watson, George Wardner, Hal Godwin, Len and Marion Avery, Ted and Lida Tosza, Gordon Crosbie, Warner and Joy Lovens, Lillian Knupp, Carl Gunhold, Jim Anderson, Stan and Suzanne Stevens, George Rau, Ethel Trotter, and Gord and Evelyn Cairns. Includes the written memoirs of Marion Avery about her life as the wife of a geophysical employee; and transcripts of brief quotes from the sound recordings.

The collection consists of correspondence, invoices, etc. of Rosedale Coal and Clay Products, Great West Coal Co., and Comet Coal Co. (1917-1939); wage statements, certificate, etc. relating to the Rosedale, Wayne, and Drumheller mines (1916-1970); photographs of coal mines 1912-1972); and a recorded interview with Robert Llewellyn (1981).

Delahunty of Barkerville, B.C. will of James Francis Ford of 150 Mile House, B.C. diaries of C. Walverson, western USA; time book of the Whit Grouse Co. (timber company of Quesnel Forks?, 1874); Elizabeth Ann Palmer's food ration book from the Second World War, Waldo, B.C. letterbook of the Provincial Police constable, Arrowhead, B.C. (1908-1916); facsimile of the signatures on the Treaty of 1831 which established the independence of Belgium; posters for the Baddeley Bros. 3 Ring Wild Animal Circus; and fragments of circus posters.
