Series is arranged somewhat arbitrarily into by date into six chronologically overlapping boxes, and alphabetized within by the individuals or corporate body issuing the receipt.

This series consists of administrative and operational records created, accumulated and used by the Chairman of the Saskatchewan Liquor Board from its inception in 1925 to 1974. Also included in the series are petitions from residents of various communities throughout Saskatchewan on issues relating to the legalization of liquor licensing, as well as correspondence to the Chairman, organized by the numbered district system used by the Board.

Amalgamation of Wesley & Manitoba Colleges

Series consists of materials related to the administrative co-operation and eventual union between Manitoba and Wesley Colleges: co-operations occurred in 1913 and 1926, and full union began in 1938. Series is divided into three files. The first contains minutes of meetings of the faculties of the two colleges, respectively or in joint committees, as well as drafts and reports on the details of co-operation: covering all three dates. The latter two files contains correspondence among the two college's administration, research, and drafts of agreements leading up to the final 1938 union, including a final published copy of the Bill.

Series consists of the minutes and correspondence of several committees and administrative units of Manitoba College, particularly the Board of Management and correspondence with the Board of Studies of the University of Manitoba. Many of the minutes are accompanied by a letter for transmission to members of the committee not present at the meeting. Also includes several annual reports made by the administrative bodies of the College. Series is arranged chronologically into four files, the first three being minutes and correspondence, the fourth being annual reports.

Series consists of fourteen (14) 8mm film reels taken by John "Jack" Austin on a Kodak Brownie Movie Camera Turret f/1.9, 1960-1964. It includes footage of family Christmas (several years), the Austin family home at 27 Trefusis Street, Fred Austin's Cottages at Keane (Rice Lake), Edgar Eley's Holstein Farm, Calithumpian parades, the last steam train out of Port Hope, the marriage of Shirley Eley to Robert Payne at Port Hope United Church, and various family vacations (i.e. Ottawa, 1000 Islands, Santa's Village, Vermont, Maine, New Brunswick, Healey Falls, Lovesick Lake, Niagara Falls, and Algonquin Park). Most of the footage includes John and Lorna and their sons, Larry and Don. For more detail on each individual reel, please refer to the box list.
