The collection consists of three portrait photographs taken by E.J. Hamacher of North West Mounted Police (NWMP) officer F.G. Boone, a child, and a young man.

Henrikson family fonds

The fonds consists of 184 copy negs and prints which depict the activities of the Henrikson family when they operated wood camp #8 on the Yukon River, 1904-1916. Photographs include images of their first home on the houseboat "Merrimack", their cabin, different family members, men with their catch after a hunt, Big Salmon and Little Salmon, the government telegraph office, sternwheelers and their crew, the Breden family, H.O. Lokken, missionaries Mr. and Mrs. Lamb, and many images of First Nations people. Some of the photographs were taken by Whitehorse photographer E.J. Hamacher and include scenes from Carcross and Whitehorse.

The fonds consists of photographs which depict sluice and hydraulic gold mining activities on Bolder, Pine and Wilson creeks and dredging activity on Spruce Creek in the Atlin area. Scenic photographs of Surprise Lake, Scotia Bay and Atlin Lake are also included in the fonds. Images on the Conrad District on Windy Arm include specific scenes on "Montana", "Venus", "Mountain Hero", "Thistle" and "Big Thing" mines, and street scenes in Conrad, Yukon. Scenic photographs of this region include Nares Pass, Taku Arm, Mt. Minto and Windy Arm, looking down on a steamer making its way across the length of the arm. One image is of cutting blocks of ice on Bennett Lake with Bennett townsite in the background. These photographs by Muirhead were taken from 1903-1906. Several duplicates are included and the majority are mounted on mat board. A photograph of the wreck of the sternwheeler "Columbia" was taken by E.J. Hamacher.

The fonds consists of photographs taken by several amateur and professional photographers including E. J. Hamacher, Goetzman and J. Doody. The majority of the photographs were taken around 1898-1902 and 1905-1907. The fonds covers a number of geographic locations and topics in the Yukon and Alaska. Images include Bennett, Carcross, Chilkoot Pass, Klondike City, Lake Laberge mail delivery, the Stage line, sternwheelers and various scenes in Whitehorse including agriculture, street scenes, automobiles, fires and shipyards, White Pass and Yukon Route (WP&YR) railway bridge and station, and a St. Andrew's Day Banquet at the Windsor Hotel.
