The fonds includes news clippings, photographs, minutes of St. Luke's Anglican Young People's Association, record of services at Holy Trinity Church, Ridgewood (near Penhold, Alberta, 1928-1946), and Michael Dawe's notes and drafts for his pamphlet about St. Luke's Church.

The fonds consists personal records (1922-1990) of Ted Meeres: including family correspondence and photographs; minutes, financial statements and correspondence pertaining to his involvement in the Red Deer and District Museum and Archives; records pertaining to the restoration of Fort Normandeau; research material and publications pertaining to his interests in early Red Deer citizens and events; and copies of the parish register for St. Luke's Anglican Church (1893-1940).
