John J. Buchanan fonds

Fonds consists of diary of John Buchanan from July 15, 1902, through October 20, 1902, followed by three pages of commentary on scripture dated in July of that year, and one clipping. The diary begins with the record of his own previous spiritual experience; it then records his personal reflections and activities, and also describes the camp meeting activity of the Gospel Workers which organized as a church during the time covered by the diary.

Fonds consists of six volumes of Albert Mills' diaries which cover the period from May 26, 1902 to May 15, 1907. Mills resumed writing on Dec. 24, 1909, and the diaries continue to April 6, 1910. The writings record Mills' spiritual state and his daily activities, and also detail the evangelistic and institutional activity of the Gospel Workers which organized into a church early in the time covered by the diaries.
