The report is primarily a photographic survey of the Capitol Theatre as it appeared in Apr 1995. Results of the report, in the binder include: a written record of photographs; ten (10) as found drawing sheets, three photokey plans and contact sheets of the photographic study.

Photographs reflect all ares of the theatre from machinery to interior fixtures and roof and chimney.
