The fonds consists of original research papers prepared as background for the completion of 1905 Street and 1920 Street in Fort Edmonton Park. The reports were created in 1979 and ca. 1990. The 1920 research was prepared by Sean Moir.

The collection consists of clippings relating to the Ross Brothers' business and some material from the Fort Edmonton Historical Foundation which reconstructed the store on 1885 Street and a wedding announcement for daughter Fannie. The material dates from 1919 to 1985.

This fonds consists of a thesis written in 1972 by Mr. Wickman entitled "The Seven Stages of Omniplex". The Omniplex was a development of downtown land which would have seen a convention, trade and sports facilities collected under one roof. The issue was debated over a twenty year period and several proposals made before the issue was finally voted down by the electorate in 1972.

The fonds consists of materials created by the Zaychuk family of Beverly and Edmonton, Alberta between 1946 and 1994. The fonds consists of various photographs, personal correspondence, newspaper clippings, Zaychuk Berry Farm and Beverly Motel documents, Town of Beverly Minutes ca.1950's, scrapbooks, and certificates.

This fonds consists of mechanical and electrical drawings for the City of Edmonton: Heavy Equipment Garage and Engineering Shop,Westwood Transit Garage Electrical Shop, Central Utility Plant, as well as, the International Airport and Bank of Montreal Main Branch.
