The fonds consists of the records created, used, and maintained by the Alberta Indian Arts and Crafts Society including correspondence, memorandum, reports, publications, pamphlets, newsletters, tax assessments, studies, ledgers, minutes, resolutions, accounts, invoices, applications, expense claims, manuals, promotional material, bulletins, news clippings, brochures, photographs, images, and sound recordings. The fonds dates from 1975 to 1991.

The fonds consists of the personal records of Adrian Hope and includes day to day journals, a Métis Association of Alberta membership card, correspondence, the poem "The Fate of Jim Brady," an audio recording of a CBC program where Adrian Hope discussed Métis and his own history, an interview with Adrian Hope conducted by Terry Lusty, and an audio recording of the Saddle Lake Indian Days.

The fonds consists of negatives, slides, photographs and films shot by A.C. Lynn and Amy Zelmer including the Alberta Coal Branch, coal transportation, coal mines, the Edmonton Exhibition, the Castle Hotel fire (in Edmonton), a conference in Banff, the North Western Pulp and Power plant in Hinton, Fort McMurray, an archeological dig at Fort George, a painting class, Inuit Child Development, (produced by the International Communications Institute) and a film by Amy Zelmer (and Harold Alston) about Fort Mackay.
