The fonds consists of materials created by the Alberta Hotel of Edmonton between 1898 and 1966 and consists of hotel registers, license and inspection certificates and ledgers of accounts.

The fonds consists of the Alberta Livestock Co-operative Ltd. minutes of meetings and annual meeting reports, which include agendas, director and general manager reports, statistics, financial statements, lists of member associations, resolutions, and supplemental reports. Fonds also includes records pertaining to Hugh Allen's presidency of the Alberta Livestock Co-operative and includes minutes, notices, speeches, radio broadcast transcripts, newsletters, press releases, and newspaper clippings.
