The sous-fonds consists of records of Xi Alpha Chapter, and includes correspondence, agendas, minutes, attendance records, financial statements, accounting records, reports, Beta Sigma Phi pamphlets, booklets and histories, Beta Sigma Phi sheet music, programs, member profiles, photographs albums and scrapbooks, documenting the activities of the Chapter, which contain newspaper clippings, invitations, cards, programs, and other ephemera along with over 600 photographs of members and Chapter events. The sous-fonds also includes Xi Epsilon Chapter's copies of Edmonton Area Council minutes and financial statements.

The sous-fonds consists of records of Xi Sigma Chapter, and includes correspondence, minutes, attendance records, financial statements, reports, and a scrapbook, documenting the activities of the Chapter, which contain newspaper clippings, invitations, cards, programs, and other ephemera along with almost 400 photographs of members and Chapter events.

The sous-fonds consists of records of Xi Theta Chapter, and includes agendas, minutes, reports, pamphlets, correspondence, membership lists, and attendance records. The sous-fonds also includes Xi Theta Chapter's copies of Edmonton Area Council minutes and bylaws.

The fonds consists of minute and cash books, Tweedsmuir history books, photographs, house histories, local histories, and subject files pertaining to the activities of the Yarker-Colebrook Women’s Institute. There are two Tweedsmuir histories in the fonds. One of the Tweedsmuirs is more traditional in scope; it focuses on the history of the villages and the Women’s Institute. The traditional Tweedsmuir contains photographs of the village of Colebrook, including pictures of Main Street before the fire, newspaper articles, information and photographs of boys who served in World War II, information from the Canada Directory pertaining to the area, from 1857 and 1858, pictures of past Yarker-Colebrook Presidents, a history of Yarker, including its settlement and the evolution of the Simcoe Falls, and a history of Colebrook. The second Tweedsmuir is a collection of newspaper clippings and was mainly assembled by Mrs. William Jackson. It contains a number of articles about the Royal Family, including photographs from magazines. It also has some history of Women’s Institute work, articles about World War I and World War II, a history of Brookside School, as well as photographs of members and programmes.
