The fonds consists of 8 photographs (4 from a baby book created by Ada and Harold Bennett including pages that have information) and Alice's story, "Adoptees are Angels". (Complete book "Adoptees are Angels" in the library).

The contents of the fonds are records collected by Alice Fraser relating to her Aitken family ancestors of Kings County, PEI. The information was compiled into an one-hundred page book of Aitken family geneaology written by Alice in 1974. A large portion of the fonds consists of Johnson Aitken's documents. His account book documents the business of his Livery in Lot 52 (1837-1846) and accounts for the grist mill he operated with his father (1840-1850). There is a separate account of J.W. Wightman for the mill dated 1837. Correspondence relating to Johnson's profession of Under Sheriff of Kings County, including his deeds of appointment for 1835 to 1839 and 1843 is included. The fonds also contains Johnson's accounts with William MacKay and Company (1838) and Samuel Ford, a copy of James Aitken's will (1909), and correspondence relating to the congregations and ministers of the Three Rivers and Montague Presbyterian churches (1837-1843?).

Fonds consists primarily of 155 topical files prepared by Alice Fulmer as a personal project between 1964 and 1969 and composed of historical notes, transcripts, clippings, ephemera and photographs. Topics center around Banff history and personalities; Canadian Rockies history, flora and fauna; skiing, Indians and miscellaneous Alberta and British Columbia subjects. ; Also includes the marriage record of Fulmer's great-grandparents, 1833; reminiscences about Emmeline Savatard, 1980; and a scrapbook on Banff history and personalities containing mainly Walter P. Fulmer's papers. Photographs include personal and family photographs; also photographs collected by Alice Fulmer. Photographs pertain to Alice Fulmer, alpine trips, Fulmer family, early Banff activities and buildings, 1886-1967; includes some copies.

The fonds consists of a single diary, approximately 220 pages in length, handwritten by Alice Gee from January 1, 1901 to August 20, 1902. It provides detail on rural life in the Strathcona area of the North-West Territories in the early 20th century, as well as lists of letters sent and received by the author, newspapers received, attendees at social functions, and dates of frost at the author's farm.

The fonds consists of materials reflecting the life of Alice Gertrude Bannerman and includes a booklet of verses Alice Gertrude Bannerman composed in honor of Canada's centennial in 1967; an oral history recording Alice Gertrude Bannerman recorded with herself recalling her father's (Bishop William Day Reeve), life and role as Bishop of Mackenzie River; and copies of issues No. 1 and No. 3 of the first newspaper in Athabasca Landing, the Northern Light dating from 1908.

The fonds consists of letters and clippings relating to E. Muriel Claxton, nurse at the Red Cross Outpost Hospital at Cecil Lake.

Photographs pertain to Glacier House hotel, staff, guests, activities; also Illecillewaet Glacier, Canadian Pacific Railway, Glacier area landscape and scenic views, including Nakimu Caves. Includes some views from across Canada. Other items are a poem titled "Lines written at Laggan" by G. E. Sinclair, 1913; and menu and envelope from Glacier House, 1915 and n.d.

Fonds consists of handwritten and typewritten manuscripts of Jones' works including, "A Well Dressed Woman," "From the North-West" and "Jamaica." Also includes her handwritten diary (1902-1904), compiled while she resided at Government House, Halifax, and two scrapbooks containing greeting cards and other ephemera, with some items in the second scrapbook addressed to Eva Clark.
