The photographic collection represents some aspects of the school activities between 1927-1947 and of- Golden Jubilee celebrations in 1978. The scrapbook contains newspaper clippings chronologically organized.

The fonds consists of materials pertaining to the Reverend Richard Leggett's work on both the Doctrine and Worship Committee and the Unit for Deacons. Textual materials includes handwritten notes, memoranda, minutes, facsililies, incoming correspondence, and copies of outgoing correspondence. Additionally in this category are reference materials relating to his work on both the National church's Doctrine and Worship Committee and the Diocesan Unit for Deacons, such as: questionnaires, articles pamphlets, hymn and prayer booklets. slides and cassette tapes relate to his work for the Unit for Deacons. The photographic collection includes images of the mountains, villages, cities, parishes, and people of the areas where the Sisters from St. Josephs Province ministered or traveled. The album was assembled by Sister Merita Ward, who also organized into scrapbook form various memorabilia of her stay at the language school in Cochabamba, Bolivia, where she prepared for ministry in Chile.

Some of the records were inherited from the Home Missions Superintendents.

The collection consists of b&w photos of the ongoing construction of the school, action shots of the workers, student activities: picnics, proms, graduations, travels. Events recorded by Kenneth Stone form a major part of the 4 cm of pages of transparencies. Coloured photographs of some of the Copper Valley School Association annual alumni/ae reunions add to the collection.
