Series consists of minutes from the meetings of several administrative bodies and organizations of United College, including the Senate, student organizations, and other committees. Some of the records predate the 1938 formation of United College, when Manitoba and Wesley Colleges maintained an administrative co-operation called United Colleges; and some of them postdate the 1967 incorporation of the University of Winnipeg.

A scrapbook of newspaper articles gathered that concern Manitoba College, Wesley College, and the University of Manitoba, respectively. Most of the articles are dated. Cover is signed "B. Harold Sinson, U.C. Correspondent" with a telephone number and address.

Graham through his tenure as Principal of United College, 1938 - 1955, including academic conference records, committee minutes, correspondence with other institutions regarding curriculum or funding, and and correspondence concerning applications for hiring faculty and staff or students seeking scholarships or enrolment. Series is arranged categorically into five files.

The Crowe Affair

Series consists of documents concerning The Crowe Affair, a controversial case at United College in which a professor was dismissed over a letter he wrote to a colleague. Documents include papers, reports, and statements made during and after the official investigation; media, correspondence, and notes from the College related to the controversy and the student & faculty reactions; correspondence about the events, mostly conducted by the Dean of Residence Alf Longman; newspaper clippings gathered that mention the case; and several student papers. Series is arranged among two boxes into files sorted by documentary category.

The Gleam

Series consists of The Gleam, a five-issue serial published during the academic year of 1913-1914 in which Manitoba and Wesley College undertook a partial administrative amalgamation for the first time. Content includes essays and creative writing from students and faculty and College news and announcements, of the same nature as Vox Wesleyana and Manitoba College Journal. The administrative amalgamation was abandoned at the end of 1914 and The Gleam was discontinued.

United College Building Fund

Series consists of the records of the United College Building Fund, a fund-raising campaign started by United College and aimed, primarily at its alumni and members of the United Church, in order to expand the College's buildings and alleviate the deficit accrued during World War 2. Includes correspondence and media from the campaign as well as the monthly reports showing donors, their contact information, and their pledge amount. Series is arranged into four boxes, three with monthly reports arranged chronologically and one with publications and media.

United College National Appeal Campaign

Series consists of records from the United College National Appeal Campaign, a fundraising drive conducted all over Canada to accomodate the lack of space and income against projected increases in student enrolment at United College. Records include research, reports, committee lists, and committee minutes related to the campaign's planning; reports, correspondence, internal memos, presentations, and records of pledges and donations during the campaign; as well as records from the Building Fund, a related fundraising campaign, and from the Principal Loan Fund, an account to give no-interest loans to students with emergencies. Series is arranged into eight boxes by the type of document they contain.
