The fonds consists of records from the Skeena Chapter of the Order of Demolay in Prince Rupert. It also includes records from the Haida Chapter of the Order of DeMolay, formed in Prince Rupert in 1947, and the Terrace Chapter Order of Demolay formed in 1967. The Haida Chapter includes minutes, correspondence, forms, receipts, annual reports, and petitions for degrees from 1947 - 1953. The Skeena Chapter includes minutes, financial records, correspondence, newsletters, attendance records, investigation reports, bylaws, the constitution of the Northern Region DeMolay Association of British Columbia, term plans, investigation reports, scrapbooks and photographs of installations, field trips, and activities. The Terrace Chapter includes petitions for degrees, a term plan, correspondence, ephemera, attendance records, Letters Temporary, and a minute book from 1967-1971. The two 16 mm film reels feature "Pause and Consider" and "DeMolay Young Men on the Go."

The collection consists of 12 photographs of Prince Rupert in 1909 with notes written on the borders. Originally the photographs were stored in an album with a card addressed "to Mr. and Mrs. Bohanon from Mrs. Danly D. Sprague with kindest remembrances." The photographs were taken by Prince Rupert photographer J.D. (James Dennis) Allen and depict scenes of the townsite.

The collection consists of photographs and textual records relating to Samuel Needleman's stay in Prince Rupert. It includes 14 photographs of the S.S. Alaska, his dental lab, the barracks, company kitchen, the drydock, Acropolis Hill and streets nearby, the Canadian Grain Elevator, and a wedding that took place at Acropolis Hill.

The collection consists of 49 photographs of Prince Rupert between 1906 and 1912 that belonged to Harry T. Titus. It includes local scenes including the waterfront, the town under construction, fishing boats, Grand Trunk Pacific Railway officials, and blasting. It also includes a letter from Frank Morse, Vice-President and General Manager of the Grand Trunk Pacific Railway, regarding Harry T. Titus's search for employment with the GTP.

The fonds consists of personal and business records from the Vance family. It includes correspondence, reports, receipts, cards, invitations, an income tax notice, a certificate of enrollment in the Presbyterian church, an officer's medical record for A.D. Vance, and four photographs.

The collection consists of photographs, negatives, slides, and textual records related to Virginia Kimmett's work as a photogapher in Prince Rupert. It includes portraits, wedding photos, landscapes, commercial work with ICBC claims, and brochures.

The fonds consists of nitrate negatives taken by Fred Button between 1909 and 1918, depicting scenes of Prince Rupert and area. Also included are two photographs of the Methodist Church picnic at Metlakatla, and 4 glass plate negatives depicting Mt. Morse, the Battle of Kelly's Cut, and a patent for an invention by Fred Button.
